Patient Payment Options

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit and SpringStone. We deliver the finest care to our patients, therefore payment in full is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance your insurance does not cover is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Our team will be happy to speak with you about available plans.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Interest Free Financing

CareCredit and SpringStone are flexible payment programs that makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures you need immediately. Payments are made over time with a monthly schedule fee that fits your budget. You can go online and preregister. Please ask our Financial Coordinator for more information.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a $50 fee added to your account for every appointment missed or cancelled less that 24 hours in advance. If this occurs over multiple visits, our office will collect 20% upfront before scheduling future visits.

We reserve specific time for each of our patients and their treatment. We respectfully give patients our full attention during their reserved appointment time. Please be aware if you are late for an appointment and there is not adequate time to complete your planned treatment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
