The value begins with fair prices, and extends to our flexibility in accepting a wide range of insurance coverage. We are in-network providers with UHC, Delta Premier, Guardian, Humana, Aflac, Aetna, and Principal, and are out-of-network with all other carriers. Very often, out-of-network benefits are the same or similar to in-network benefits.
Patient Payment Options
For those without insurance or limited coverage, we are happy to tailor payment plans to the specific needs of each patient, and each family. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Outside Financing Options
Outside financing is available for larger dental procedures. CareCredit and Lending Club are flexible payment programs that make it easier for you to access treatment. Payments are made over time with a monthly schedule fee that fits your budget. You may review details of these plans and preregister online.
Given this range of options, we do ask that payment arrangements be made before an appointment. In addition, we have a few rules: A $35 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks, and there is a 1.5% service charge assessed to all balances after 30 days. A $50 fee is added to an account for every appointment missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. If this occurs over multiple visits, our office will collect 20% upfront before scheduling future visits.

Part of that commitment is assistance in maximizing your insurance benefits. We will file your claim as a courtesy and provide an estimate of basic coverage; the estimate, however, it is not a guarantee that your insurance will pay the same amount. Insurance coverage is subject to limitations, exclusions, waiting periods, frequency, age restrictions, deductibles and maximums. For details of your coverage, be sure to check with your employer.
